Part 1: Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Autovent LLC (“AmeriWind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ameriwind.net (the “Site”), request a quote, purchase a product, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you request a quote, place an order, download our Fan Guide Book, create an account, or contact us, we may collect your name, business or company name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, details about your facility or project, and the content of your messages. Order and payment information. When you make a purchase, our payment processor collects the payment details needed to complete the transaction. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payments are handled by WooCommerce and Stripe, subject to that provider’s privacy policy. Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data through cookies and comparable technologies. Our Site uses Google Tag Manager and may use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and other tools. Information from embedded content. Our pages may include content hosted by third parties such as Vimeo and YouTube. Those services may set their own cookies and collect data about your interaction with that content.2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:- Prepare and send quotes and respond to your inquiries.
- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and provide customer support.
- Communicate with you about your order, account, or requests.
- Send marketing communications where permitted, including product information and resources such as the Fan Guide Book. You can opt out at any time.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- Detect and prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:- Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, payment processing, email and marketing platforms, and analytics providers.
- Shipping and freight carriers and logistics providers, so we can deliver and install products.
- Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys, when reasonably necessary.
- Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AmeriWind, our customers, or others.
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if you disable cookies. If we use advertising or analytics cookies that require consent in your region, we will present a cookie banner for that purpose.5. Your choices and rights
Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or by contacting us at Access and control. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.6. We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, meet the purposes described in this policy, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.8. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.9. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information.10. Changes to this policy

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ameriwind.net (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Autovent LLC, (“AmeriWind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our shipping, delivery, return, and refund terms. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.1. Eligibility
The Site and our products are intended for business and commercial use. By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, and, if ordering on behalf of a company, that you are authorized to bind that company.2. Products, quotes, and pricing
Many of our products are quoted and configured based on your facility and needs. Product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing on the Site are provided for general information and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error free. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, or for 7 days if no period is stated. Prices in a quote may be adjusted if your requirements, quantities, or specifications change, or if a pricing error is discovered.3. Orders and acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we confirm it in writing or begin fulfillment. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or description, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a refund for the affected items. Custom and build-to-order products. Certain fans and control systems are manufactured or configured to order. Once production begins, these items may not be cancelable or returnable, or may be subject to fees. See Section 7 (Returns and refunds).4. Payment
You agree to pay all amounts due for your order, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping and freight charges. Payment terms, deposits, and accepted payment methods will be stated on your quote, invoice, or at checkout. Title and risk of loss are addressed in Section 6.5. Shipping and delivery
Our products are large and heavy and generally ship by freight (LTL) carrier on pallets or crates. Delivery dates and lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Processing and lead times. Because many of our fans and control systems are built or configured to order, orders typically ship within 21 days after your order is confirmed and payment or deposit is received. We will provide an estimated ship or delivery date for your order. Shipping areas. We currently ship to the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, contact us before ordering for availability and a freight quote. Shipping charges. Due to the size and weight of our products, freight charges are calculated per order and are typically quoted separately or included in your written quote. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown on your quote, invoice, or at checkout before you complete your purchase. Freight delivery. Freight delivery is different from standard parcel delivery. Please plan for the following:- Delivery appointment. The freight carrier will usually contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be available to receive the shipment.
- Offloading. Standard freight delivery is to the curb or dock. You are responsible for offloading unless you have arranged additional services in advance. If you need a liftgate, inside delivery, or other special services, request them before shipment, as they may add cost.
- Access. Make sure the delivery location can accommodate a freight truck and the equipment needed to offload safely.
- Check the packaging, crates, and pallets for visible damage.
- If you see any damage, note it in detail on the delivery receipt before you sign, take photos, and keep a copy.
- If damage is severe, you may refuse the shipment. Contact us as soon as possible.
- Report concealed damage discovered after unpacking within 7 days of delivery, with photos.
6. Title and risk of loss
Unless your quote or invoice states otherwise, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address. You are responsible for inspecting shipments and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, as described in Section 5.7. Returns and refunds
This section explains when and how you can return products purchased from ameriwind.net. Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, crating, or pallet, with all parts and accessories included. Custom and build-to-order products. Certain fans, control systems (including Fan Chief), and configured items are made or built to order. These items are non-returnable. If your order includes custom or build-to-order items, that will be noted on your quote or invoice. How to start a return. Before shipping anything back, contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may be refused. Please include your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason for the return. Return shipping. For returns that are not the result of our error, you are responsible for return freight costs and for properly packaging, crating, or palletizing the product so it arrives undamaged. We recommend using a freight carrier with tracking and insurance. Products that arrive damaged due to inadequate return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly. For freight damage, follow the inspection steps in Section 5: note damage on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos, and report it within 7 days. For defective or incorrect items, report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. For qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund, and we will cover return shipping where the issue is our responsibility. Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 business days after inspection. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error. Non-returnable items. The following are not eligible for return: custom or build-to-order products, installed or used products, or products missing original parts.8. Installation, electrical work, and site suitability
Read this section carefully. AmeriWind sells large, heavy, powered ceiling fans and related equipment. Unless we have agreed in writing to provide installation:- Installation must be performed by qualified, licensed professionals, including licensed electricians where required.
- You are solely responsible for confirming that your building structure, mounting points, ceiling, electrical supply, and clearances are suitable and safe for the product, and for compliance with all applicable building, electrical, fire, and safety codes.
- You are responsible for following all product manuals, safety guidance, and specifications.
